It’s quite the repetitive circle. When the rules or the “guidelines” are –> self driven and require communication

“I don’t share these with you so that you can “grade it” based on your perception of things”

“I share these with you as a confidant, as someone who with their lens of the world, can be a guide. Can provide feedback, etc.

Unfortunately I don’t work in this manner, and never had.

Unfortunately, I never have and never will work within the “levels” structure. I’ve always operated at “excellence” and doing my best in my role. I gain experience with real experiences. When I’m ready the next challenge comes along. When I am ready for more abundance in my life and world, then it comes. It’s not because of some “internal to the company structure that someone created” to give the “guise” of “promotion and levels”.

It’s self driven from me. When I “find myself” accidentally “subscribing into” — a style of motivation structure, I flounder and it makes me angry.

Either I can communicate with you and we can work together, or quite simply we go our separate ways. It’s not with a threat, it’s with benedictions and happiness.

What’s important is being clear about the goal, the “2-3 measures of success” –> and what that means.

–> You propose how you’d like to grade yourself, and see how that jives. You agree, then check in on what that means.
