The search for meaning

There’s no question that no matter your race, language, ethnicity, or however you may describe a “person” we’re all made up of the same DNA. From one person to a next, we share 99.9% of the same DNA. That 0.1% is what differentiates us.

No matter where I am in the world, I’ve observed that we as humans run through very similar emotions, states of being, questions of ponder, and often aim for the same desires.

Sure, the country which you’re born in, or the state or city you’re inhabiting can impact your income and earning potential, but it’s also in comparison with your immediate surroundings.

Meaning comes from the steps we take every day to define that for ourselves. Our desire to be better, to compare ourselves to what we believe people in other countries live and do is another story. You can still live a fantastic life if we only pause to appreciate the surroundings around us, and just live with energy and light.
